I run between a S and M in most tops, decided for the S in this one to have more support. I like the way it doesn’t show any cleavage so I don’t feel like i am showing off any assets while climbing, or hiking. Its modest rise is moderated by its stretchy form hugging fabric and longer leaner shape -tight and sexy. Its not supportive enough for running and no sports bra would fit under this top because of the unique shape, but its great for yoga, moisture wicking and soft.

Con:

The straps sometimes dig into the sides of my chest, and the top slips down, but a little adjustment fixes this problem.

The material is lovely as always with Beyond Yoga.

Their is full coverage of my chest, which is nice for forward bends.

The top is long enough to cover my belly and doesn’t ride up.
